    Brett Charlton

    Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

    Brett was appointed CEO and Managing Director of McPherson’s Limited on 1 August 2023. He is a growth-focused CEO and commercial leader who has developed an international career in the consumer goods industry across the Asia Pacific region. Brett has worked with a gold standard set of companies, including Diageo, PepsiCo, Fonterra, Sanofi, and Private Equity, for over 25 years before channelling his experience into advisory and consulting services.

    Brett is a strategic thinker who connects the dots between divisions for organisations, with a speciality in governance and operations of organisations large and small. He is a respected confidant to leaders in the ASX c-suite and a trusted advisor to Boards, CEOs, and functional General Managers. 

    Brett is a Graduate and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Graduate School of Management from IMD in Lusanne, Switzerland, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Human Resources) from Griffith University.

    Mark Sherwin

    Chief Financial Officer

    Mark joined McPherson's as Chief Financial Officer on 6 May 2024. He is a senior finance professional with over 18 years’ experience across a range of industries, including consumer goods, construction, and engineering. His expertise extends beyond core financial disciplines to encompass investor relations and risk management, bringing a deep understanding of the complexities of managing high-growth listed entities with an international market presence. 

    Mark has built a diverse career at companies such as Deloitte, Shell, UGL, a2 Milk, and Virgin Australia. At a2 Milk, Mark held responsibilities across group reporting, FP&A, tax, transfer pricing, investor relations, risk and served as interim CFO, demonstrating his adaptability and leadership skills. His role at Virgin Australia further showcased his expertise in overseeing complex financial operations.

    Mark has been a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand since 2007, and holds a diploma of Investor Relations with the Australian Investor Relations Association (AIRA).

  • Craig Durham

    Craig Durham

    General Counsel & Company Secretary

    Craig was appointed General Counsel & Company Secretary of McPherson’s Limited on 15 January 2024. With a career spanning over 30 years, he brings extensive executive leadership, legal and corporate governance experience from both listed and unlisted environments and in highly regulated industries including beverages, intelligent traffic systems, gaming technology and financial services.  

    Craig holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from QUT, a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from QUT and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA). Craig is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the GIA, a Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, a Member of the New York Bar, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.  He is also admitted in Queensland, Victoria and New York in the United States and holds a current practising certificate in New South Wales.

    Chief People Officer

    With a career spanning over 25 years, Hanli is an expert leader in shaping people strategies to drive business success. Her expertise covers a diverse spectrum of industries, including FMCG, Infrastructure Services, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Manufacturing, both on domestic and international fronts.

    She was appointed Chief People Officer at McPherson's in October 2023, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in organisational change management and mapping culture paths. She leans on her experience to solve complex business challenges by fostering collaboration, taking a holistic approach to system dynamics, and steering efforts toward tangible results. She is an advocate for continuous improvement and is dedicated to creating a positive momentum that propels organisations forward.

    Chief Information Officer

    Nathan has over 20 years’ experience as an Information Communication and Technology professional and is renowned for driving innovation, fostering agility, and aligning IT solutions with strategic business priorities. With a wealth of experience across diverse industry sectors, including Retail, FMCG, Finance, and Insurance, he has a record of building high-performing teams capable of delivering quality solutions to complex business problems.

    Nathan was appointed Chief Information Officer at McPherson's in January 2024 and In his prior role as Chief Technology Officer at RM Williams, he implemented transformative strategies that resulted in outstanding outcomes. His contributions have laid the groundwork for significant advancements aligned with our strategic priorities over the next few years. Nathan brings a unique blend of leadership, technical expertise, and a results-driven approach, ensuring we remain at the forefront of technological innovation.

    Jane Berkery

    Sales Director – ANZ

    With over 20 years’ experience in sales management, Jane is an expert in steering field and account sales teams in the grocery, pharmacy, health food, and eCommerce sectors across Australia and New Zealand. She was appointed McPherson’s Sales Director – ANZ in November 2023 and prior to her roles at McPherson's, Jane held pivotal senior leadership positions at Sanofi, showcasing her versatility across diverse sales markets, spanning health & beauty, consumer healthcare, OTC, ethical, scheduled medicines, and generics.

    With a customer-centric approach, Jane has a solid track record of developing sales strategies and transforming sales teams into high performers through effective leadership, mentorship, and development initiatives. She is renowned for leading diverse and talented teams to success with a proven ability in sales and account management, coupled with a keen business acumen.

    Melissa Sherry

    Chief Marketing Officer

    Melissa joined McPherson’s as Chief Marketing Officer on 24 June 2024. She is a senior marketing professional with extensive experience across various industries, including FMCG and OTC categories. Her expertise spans all elements of marketing strategy and execution, providing a comprehensive understanding of brand management, communications, media, innovation, and insights.

    She has built a diverse career at companies such as Henkel, Nestle, and GSK. At Henkel, she spearheaded significant transformations, built marketing infrastructure from the ground up, and achieved double-digit growth year after year. Her strategic vision and hands-on approach have been key to her success in driving transformational growth.

    Melissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Western Sydney and is known for her passion and results-driven leadership. She has a strong track record of performance and a commitment to empowering teams to excel in competitive markets.

    Insights & Growth Director

    Nikki was appointed as the Insights & Growth Director of McPherson’s on 30 April 2024. With over 25 years of experience in the FMCG sector, Nikki has an extensive background in marketing, commercial strategy, and business transformation. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from leading companies, including Diageo, Campbell Arnott’s, and Nestlé Australia.

    Nikki's career showcases her results-oriented approach and exceptional people engagement skills. She has held a variety of leadership roles, including Head of Reserve Brands, Head of Strategy, Vice President of Customer Marketing, and Marketing Director. Her expertise spans across different regions and markets, emphasising consumer strategy and organisational transformation. She is poised to make a significant impact at McPherson's as she leads our insights and growth initiatives. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Business, Marketing, and Management from the University of Technology Sydney.

    Supply Chain & Logistics Director

    With over 25 years’ experience in operations across ANZ and APAC, Stuart brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of driving operational excellence in strategy, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, and sourcing. He has a notable record of partnering with businesses and successfully transforming organisations by implementing best practice strategies, supported by infrastructure, metrics, and processes that ensure sustainable results. Notably, he has been recognised as a 'Best in Class Supplier' by major ANZ retailers and wholesalers, a testament to his success in implementing strategies that deliver tangible results.

    Stuart was appointed McPherson’s Supply Chain Director in November 2023, bringing with him expertise to deliver greater operational efficiency, meet customer demands, and drive continuous improvement in our supply chain processes.
